Since my session with Karen, I am feeling calmer and physically less agitated and able to regulate myself better by using the breathing techniques she taught me and the hypnosis track which is great for helping me sleep. Mentally I am finding small changes daily to thoughts and dealing with them through the brain training techniques I was taught. I would really recommend her sessions as when you talk it out and are taught the tools and techniques to help it makes such a difference!
