Not at all. Everything is guided, and you’ll be supported every step of the way.
No, you won’t. None of the techniques we use require you to share the details of what you’re working on. Practices like EFT, Havening, NLP, and hypnosis are designed to be private and discreet - they work effectively without you needing to speak about any upsetting experiences.
This means you can release stress and shift what’s holding you back in a safe, supported way, while keeping your personal journey completely private if you wish. Think of it less as “sitting in a circle and baring your soul” and more as having a safe, nurturing space where you can take exactly what you need.
Absolutely. Many women attend solo and find the group setting both welcoming and supportive. To help you feel at ease, we begin the day with a gentle connection exercise where you’ll have the
chance to connect one-to-one with the other women. This creates a warm, friendly atmosphere right from the start - without any forced talking in front of the whole group.
A packed lunch, a yoga or similar style mat (for lying on), blanket, warm socks, swimsuit, towel, flip flops, journal & pen and water bottle.
All sessions, use of sauna, hot tub & cold plunge facilities, herbal teas, and fresh fruit & a lovingly curated wellness gift. (Please bring your own lunch.)
Yes, absolutely. The Tipi is completely waterproof, and the floor is fully covered with sturdy matting to keep you warm and dry. You’ll be cosy and comfortable inside, no matter what the Scottish weather is doing outside! There is also heaters inside should we need them.
