How does this challenge help with sugar cravings

No experience is necessary! The programme is designed for anyone who’s ready to break free from refined sugar and wants to improve their health no matter where they are in their journey. Whether you’re new to mindful eating or have tried sugar detoxes before, this plan is easy to follow, and I’ll be there to guide you every step of the way.

Do I need to be experienced with health programmes to join?

In the beginning, you may experience sugar cravings, irritability, or fatigue as your body adjusts depending upon how much sugar you have been consuming on a daily basis. This is completely normal! It’s part of the detox process as your body lets go of sugar and starts to rebalance itself. By the end of the 10 days, many participants report feeling more energised, mentally clearer, and having less bloating and healthier skin.

What will I experience during the 10 days?

Can I still drink alcohol during the challenge?

While alcohol is not banned during the challenge, we recommend cutting it out for the duration of the 10 days to achieve the best results. Alcohol can contribute to inflammation and sugar cravings, making it harder to detox successfully. If you do choose to have a drink, we suggest doing so in moderation and being mindful of its effects on your progress.

Is this programme suitable for people with dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Yes, the meal plan can be adapted to suit most dietary restrictions. The delicious recipes are all refined sugar-free and are naturally gluten free since they are anti inflammatory. The recipe's do not require dairy (to help reduce inflammation and get you maximum results) however if you choose to eat dairy we would suggest doing so in moderation to get the most of the challenge.  Most of the meals can also be modified to accommodate plant-based diets with suggestions in the notes of each recipe. You’ll receive a shopping list and ingredient list to help you make the best choices for your individual needs. If you have specific dietary requirements, I recommend reviewing the plan and swapping out ingredients as needed.

Will I have to completely cut out all sugar for the rest of my life?

No, this challenge is about resetting your body and reducing your dependency on sugary foods not about eliminating it forever. After the 10 days, you'll have a clearer understanding of how sugar  affects your body, and you'll be empowered to make healthier choices moving forward. It’s about balance, not restriction

What support will I get throughout the challenge?

You’ll receive daily tips through our private Facebook community where you can connect with others going through the challenge, post pictures and help keep one another accountable. There will also be videos from me to help keep you on track. If you choose the VIP option, you’ll also get Exclusive Voxer Support from me where you can voice message me directly for extra coaching and personalised guidance.

What happens if I miss a day or fall behind?

Life happens! If you miss a day, simply pick up where you left off. The programme is designed to be flexible, and there’s no pressure to be perfect. The key is consistency, and every step you take toward breaking free from sugar and eating more healthily is a victory.

Will I see results by the end of the 10 days?

While results can vary, many participants report noticeable improvements in energy, mood, and even skin health. The 10-Day Challenge is designed to give your body the reset it needs to feel lighter, more balanced, and more in control of your cravings. The more committed you are to following the programme, the more likely you are to see lasting results.

What if I need more help after the challenge ends?

After the 10 days, if you feel like you need continued support, I offer follow-up programmes, one-on-one coaching, and resources to help you stay on track with your healthy habits. Announcements will be made during the challenge to outline ongoing support if needed.

How much does the challenge cost?

The Standard challenge costs £37 and includes everything you need to complete the 10-day challenge, including the meal plan, recipes, shopping list, and more. The VIP challenge costs £57 and includes everything in the standard challenge plus direct access to me through Voxer Support (voice messaging)to ask questions specific you situation and for personalised tips, coaching and motivation to your to help keep you on track! What am I allowed to drink on this challenge?

 We would suggest to stick to water which can be flavoured with lemon, lime, mint or fruit of your choice.  We recommend not drinking: fizzy juice (soda):  diluting juice or flavoured water from the supermarket due to the artificial sweeteners they contain which are not healthy for the body. Fruit juice can be high in sugar especially since the fibre of the fruit has been removed so we would suggest avoiding or limiting it during the challenge. 

In terms of hot drinks you can have plenty herbal tea’s – for some sweetness try peppermint, chamomile (calming effect), Rooibos, Hibiscus & Liquorice . Cinnamon tea in particular is great for helping to reduce sugar cravings.  I also love Nettle, Dandelion, Tulsi & Burdock tea albeit they are slightly more bitter but great for helping the body to remineralise and detox whilst supporting the liver. Caffeine is not banned but we would recommend avoiding or limiting it and choosing herbal teas to maximise the health benefits to you during this challenge.
